Helping you build confidence and a strong foundation.

I’m on a mission to empower and equip you with the skills and knowledge to navigate the gym with ease, master proper form, and foster a positive relationship with your body.

Embarking on an unconventional fitness journey, I found my passion after moving to NYC.

I moved to NYC in 2008 to pursue fashion design degree at Parsons The New School for design. After 3 years post-grad and working in fashion, I experienced a profound shift. Despite never being athletically inclined while living in Illinois, I discovered a newfound joy in group fitness classes upon moving to New York.

This discovery ignited a transformation within me. Leaving behind my corporate fashion job, I delved into the fitness industry, starting as a Soulcycle instructor in 2014. Yet, I didn't stop there. Fuelled by a desire to explore further, I took on a second role at Tone House, a 'sports conditioning' boutique studio, where I encountered a client whose journey as a bikini competitor inspired me to enter the world of bodybuilding.

Balancing two full-time jobs, I pushed my limits, participating in bodybuilding shows and securing two placements in consecutive events in 2018. Witnessing the transformative power of nutrition and lifting on my own body, I began attracting clients seeking similar transformations. This led to the creation of BodyROX, my platform for empowering individuals through personalized coaching.

To enhance my coaching, I pursued certifications, including Precision Nutrition and Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning (CFSC), ensuring I could provide the best guidance possible. When the pandemic struck in 2020, forcing the retirement of my Soulcycle career, I seized the opportunity to pivot towards virtual coaching, expanding my reach and impact.

Recognized by Alo Moves for my virtual strength classes and 1-on-1 coaching, I embraced the digital landscape and integrate in-person sessions into my offerings. Today, I coach individuals and lead small group training sessions of up to 4 people, leveraging my diverse experiences and expertise to guide women on their fitness journeys with confidence and empowerment.

What’s not in my bio

I’m half Filipino American. Yes, i’ve been to the PH many times!

I have a very tiny French bulldog named Ube.

I used to work in a pastry kitchen for a year and can bake up quite the challenge.

I love hard techno, especially seeing it in person and listening to it while I train myself. A few favorites are DVS1, 9x9, Stef Mendesidis, Baugruppe90.

My dad taught me how to Latin dance (salsa, merengue, bachata) when I was 16.
